Section 355 IAC 8-3-3 - Application of unmanipulated organic fertilizer to highly erodible land

Sec. 3.

A person shall not apply unmanipulated organic fertilizer to highly erodible land, unless the land has:

(1) at least forty percent (40%) crop residue; or
(2) a vegetative cover crop.
