Section 329 IAC 11-11-3 - Duration of permits

Sec. 3.

A permit, including a renewal permit, must be issued for a fixed term not to exceed five (5) years. A permit may be modified or revoked prior to the expiration of the term for cause, as provided in section 6 of this rule, or in accordance with conditions set forth in the permit.
