Sec. 85.

The following attainment status designations are applicable to Vigo County:

Pollutant Designation
SO2 Attainment effective July 8, 2019, for the 2010 SO2 standard for Fayette and Harrison townships. Unclassifiable or attainment effective April 9, 2018, for the remainder of the county.
CO Unclassifiable or attainment effective November 15, 1990.
O3 Unclassifiable or attainment effective January 16, 2018, for the 2015 8-hour ozone standard.
PM2.5 Unclassifiable or attainment effective April 15, 2015, for the 2012 annual PM2.5 standard.
PM2.5 Unclassifiable or attainment effective December 13, 2009, for the 2006 24-hour PM2.5 standard.
PM10 Unclassifiable effective November 15, 1990.
NO2 Unclassifiable or attainment effective January 29, 2012, for the 2010 NO2 standard.
Pb Unclassifiable or attainment effective December 31, 2011, for the 2008 lead standard.
