Sec. 84.

The following attainment designated as status designations are applicable to Vermillion County:

Pollutant	Designation
SO2	Better than national standards.
CO	Unclassifiable or attainment effective November 15, 1990.
O3	Unclassifiable or attainment effective January 16, 2018, for the 2015 8-hour ozone standard.
PM2.5	Unclassifiable or attainment effective April 15, 2015, for the 2012 annual PM2.5 standard.
PM2.5	Unclassifiable or attainment effective December 13, 2009, for the 2006 24-hour PM2.5 standard.
PM10	Attainment effective October 27, 1997, for the part of Clinton Township that includes sections 15, 16, 21, 22, 27, 28, 33, and 34. Unclassifiable effective November 15, 1990, for the remainder of Vermillion County.
NO2	Unclassifiable or attainment effective January 29, 2012, for the 2010 NO2 standard.
Pb	Unclassifiable or attainment effective December 31, 2011, for the 2008 lead standard.
