Section 312 IAC 8-5-2 - License sanctions

Sec. 2.

The department may file a complaint under IC 4-21.5-3-8, or seek emergency relief under IC 4-21.5-4, to revoke or suspend the license of a person who violates a term of the license, this article, or another law.
