Section 312 IAC 8-5-1 - Infraction

Sec. 1.

(a) A person who violates this article commits a Class C infraction.
(b) A violation of this article may be enforced by a prosecuting attorney or through the initiation of a commission complaint for a notice of violation under IC 14-10-2-6.
