Sec. 33.
"Completion pit" means a lined pit used for storage of completion fluid waste including flow-back fluid, frac flowback fluids, and drilling fluids or other materials that have been cleaned out of the well bore during the initial completion or stimulation of a well. Reserve pits may be used as a completion pit when drilling operations conclude.
