Section 312 IAC 29-13-1 - Distance limitation to existing house, barn, or other structures

Sec. 1.

A well for oil and gas purposes shall not be located within two hundred (200) feet of a house, barn, building, or other structure (except fences) existing at the time of the permit application without the express consent of the owner of the structure.
