Section 312 IAC 1.5-3-4 - Voluntary certification for florist or greenhouse stock fees

Sec. 4.

(a) The fee for a voluntary certification is:
(1) fifty dollars ($50); plus
(2) three dollars ($3) an acre; each year.
(b) If the inspected area is less than one (1) acre, the fee is:
(1) fifty dollars ($50); plus
(2) three dollars ($3).
