Section 312 IAC 1.5-3-3 - Dealer license for nursery stock fees

Sec. 3.

(a) Except as provided in subsection (b), the fee for a dealer license for nursery stock is fifty dollars ($50) a year.

(b) The fee for a dealer license for nursery stock is twenty dollars ($20) a year for a person issued a nursery grower certificate or voluntary certification for nursery stock.
