Section 260 IAC 2.5-3-4 - Breath test instruments certified under repealed rule

Sec. 4.

The certifications of breath test instruments inspected and certified under 260 IAC 2-3 before its repeal shall be valid until the date they would have expired under 260 IAC 2-3 before its repeal.
