Section 260 IAC 2.5-3-3 - Certification of breath test instruments

Sec. 3.

(a) The department shall certify each breath test instrument deployed for evidentiary use as to compliance with the standards in section 2 of this rule at least once every one hundred eighty (180) days.
(b) The certification of breath test instruments shall be in writing by the department.
(c) The certification shall be based on information provided by persons authorized by the department to inspect breath test instruments.
