Section 250 IAC 2-2-3 - Failure to timely complete course

Sec. 3.

A law enforcement officer described in section 1 of this rule who fails to successfully complete the required basic training course within one (1) year after the officer's first or original appointment, on or after July 6, 1972, is subject to the limitations in IC 5-2-1-9(b).
