Section 170 IAC 8.5-4-21 - "Subsequent connector" defined

Sec. 21.

As used in this rule, "subsequent connector" means a person who was not an original depositor but subsequently applies for sewer service and who connects to the main within ten (10) years after the completion date of the main extension.
