Section 05.02.01.121 - STAFF QUALIFICATIONS01.Licenses. All individuals providing services to juveniles in the custody of the Department must possess all licenses or certifications for their particular position as required by statute, rule, or by the applicable state licensing authority.02.Education or Experience. All individuals providing services must be qualified to do so, based on knowledge, skills, and abilities. In addition, certain program and professional caregivers must meet specific minimum standards for education or experience. These standards constitute, in part, the basis for determining the adequacy of program and professional services delivered under contractual agreement with the Department.03.Position Descriptions. Providers must maintain written position descriptions for every job class established in the organization. In all cases, the particular job titles used by the Provider to provide counseling, therapy, direct care, and supervision of juvenile offenders, as well as staff supervision and management, must be specifically cross-referenced with the job titles in these rules.Idaho Admin.
