Section 15-219-4 - Applicability(a) All parties to a proceeding before the authority shall comply with these rules of practice and procedure when appearing before the authority; provided that where these rules are inconsistent with the authority's rules under another chapter, these rules shall be superseded by the specific rule of the other chapter.(b) For good cause shown and to the extent permitted by law, the authority may waive, modify, or suspend any of the provisions of this chapter.
