Section 15-219-3 - Location and business hours(a) The office of the authority is at 461 Cooke Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. All communications to the authority shall be addressed to the authority's office, unless otherwise directed.(b) The office of the authority shall be open from 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. of each weekday except state holidays or unless otherwise provided by statute or executive order.
