Section 15-214-10 - Dishonored check service charge(a) Without prejudice to any other remedy, any person who issues to HCDA a dishonored check, as defined in section 490:3-506.5, Hawaii Revised Statutes, shall be assessed a $20 dishonored check service charge for each dishonored check.(b) Payment to, and acceptance by, HCDA of a dishonored check service fee shall not be construed as a waiver of any violation of Title 37, Hawaii Penal Code, Hawaii Revised Statutes, or of these rules.
