Section 15-36-05 - Permit plan pre-application conference; post-conference report(a) Before submitting an application for a coordinated permit plan the applicant shall meet with the energy resources coordinator or the renewable energy-facilitator for a pre-application conference to discuss the type of renewable energy facility, the location of the facility, the contents of the permit plan application, all of the anticipated necessary federal, state, and county permits, and any other information necessary for the facility that must be submitted for the necessary permits.(b) Within ten days following the conference, the facilitator shall issue a post-conference report identifying the permits needed for the development of the facility and any additional information required to complete the permit plan application.[Eff.
