Section 13-62-8 - Catch and Release Program(a) There is established a catch and release program for the conservation of aquatic resources within the Wahiawa public fishing area. Unless otherwise authorized by law, it is unlawful for any person within the Wahiawa public fishing area to keep, retain, hold, or kill any listed species found in subsection (b).
