The principal office of the New River Solid Waste Association is located in the Bradford County Courthouse, Starke, Florida. The office hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. All official forms, publications and documents of the New River Solid Waste Association are available for public inspection at the association's principal office during regular business hours. Persons wishing photocopies may receive same at the prevailing cost per sheet.
