Section 20-91.002 - Notices of Public HearingsIn addition to any other notice given, all direct notices mailed to handlers shall be sent certified mail, return receipt requested.
(1) Notice of a public hearing on implementation of a proposed plan for a special campaign under Section 601.152, F.S., for a variety or varieties of citrus fruit in fresh form, shall be mailed only to those handlers defined in Rule 20-91.001, F.A.C., who hold, or held during the preceding twelve month period, a valid packing house registration certificate.(2) Notice of a public hearing on implementation of a proposed plan for a special campaign under Section 601.152, F.S., or a type or types of processed citrus product shall be mailed only to those handlers defined in Rule 20-91.001, F.A.C., who hold, or held during the preceding twelve month period, a valid processing plant registration certificate.Fla.
