Section 20-62.005 - Allowable Tolerances(1) To allow for variations incident to proper grading and handling, a tolerance of ten percent by count, including two percent decay, shall be permitted for unwholesome fruit in lots or loads to be placed in storage bins.(2) The inspector shall immediately notify the processor of any bin found to contain unwholesome fruit in excess of the tolerance permitted, and such fruit shall then be run, or sealed to be run, in the presence of the inspector, at a time designated by the processor.Fla.
