Section 20-108.008 - Special Presentations(1) All applications from persons who during the current or immediately prior season were the subject of a disciplinary order of the Commissioner of Agriculture shall be presented separately to the Commission with a brief outline of the order and the circumstances surrounding the order. The Commission, by a majority vote of the members present, shall decide the action to be taken on all applications so presented.(2) All applications from persons who wish to use a name, either identical to an existing dealer's name, or so similar as to likely cause confusion among those with whom they do business, shall be presented separately to the Commission with a brief report and recommendation from the staff.Fla.
