The University shall provide a group hospitalization plan including surgical, basic, and major medical coverage for eligible employees and their dependents. For purposes of this section, the term "dependents" includes the employee's spouse and unmarried children.
If an employee's child is enrolled in an accredited school or college, health coverage may be extended to age twenty-two (22).
The University shall contribute a percentage toward the monthly cost of health insurance for each employee. The employee shall pay the balance of the premium.
The University shall make available to all employees group life insurance plans on a joint participatory basis.
