All employees of the University shall adhere to the rules of the University in the performance of their duties and responsibilities.
An employee shall not solicit or accept any personal advantage which might in any way influence him or her in the conduct of University duties.
An employee who fails to comply with University rules shall be subject to discipline or discharge.
