The University shall not serve as a debt collection agent for an employee's debts to outside creditors.
Garnishments and attachments of wages shall not be undertaken by the University, nor shall the University or any employee or agent of the University assume responsibility for determining the validity of any contested debt, except when required by legal mandate or expressly authorized under the provisions of this subtitle.
