The name of each competing employee shall be listed on the retention register in the order of his or her retention standing.
Competing employees shall be categorized on a retention register in the categories listed in §§ 1809.4 or 1809.5 on the basis of tenure of employment.
Within each category, employees shall be listed by service date, beginning with the earliest service date, as specified in § 1810.
The retention register categories for non-faculty employees, in descending order of retention standing, shall be tenure categories I through VI, as follows:
