Each employee shall have the right to request review of the grade or classification assigned to his or her position, and may appeal an adverse classification decision with respect to his or her position.
The Dean shall ensure that right to review and appeal under this section may be fully exercised by employees without restraint and without fear of reprisal or prejudice.
The Dean shall establish procedures for classification review and appeal, and shall ensure that each employee is informed of the procedures for review and appeal.
The Dean may establish an impartial review board to assist in the review of appeals of classification decisions.
