The Board of Governors shall appoint an Executive Assistant to the Board to act as custodian of the records of the Board, to certify and maintain the minutes of the Board, and to conduct and supervise the daily business of the Office of the Board.
The Executive Assistant shall provide for making an electronic record of each meeting of the Board and preparing minutes of all meetings of the Board as required by law or this chapter.
The Executive Assistant shall perform all other duties authorized by this chapter, the official acts of the Board, or as assigned by the Chairperson of the Board.
The Board may establish and provide for the appointment of clerical, secretarial, and professional personnel necessary for providing direct staff services to the Board.
