Rule 6-C915 - EXCEPTED SERVICE ATTORNEY REQUIREMENTS

915.1

The following requirements of Legal Service rules are applicable to each attorney appointed to the Excepted Service:

(a) Attorney Certificate of Good Standing Filing

(b) Annual Mandatory Training

(c) Mandatory Continuing Legal Education
