In accordance with section 955 of the CMPA (D.C. Official Code § 1-609.55) , each employee appointed to the Management Supervisory Service will be required to maintain and enhance his or her management and supervisory skills through mandatory training courses every year.
Failure of a Management Supervisory Service employee to complete the prescribed training within time frames specified by the OAG may result in administrative action against the employee.
