Competitive selection procedures shall consist of assembled examinations, which may include written, oral, or performance examinations, or a combination thereof; or unassembled examinations, which may include but shall not be limited to the establishment of crediting plans (for ranking), selection panels, or interview panels, or a combination of more than one (1) of these recruitment and selection methods.
Each competitive selection shall result from appropriate recruitment activities and a vacancy announcement made available to applicants.
