As provided in Chapter 14 of these regulations for employees covered under the Performance Management Program (PMP), each supervisor, in collaboration with his or her employees covered under the PMP, shall prepare every year an Individual Development Plan for each covered employee. The Individual Development Plan shall be a part of the annual Performance Plan and shall identify areas for growth and development.
