The negotiating team for the Board of Education shall be approved by the Committee of the Whole upon the written recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools.
The team shall include a chief negotiator who shall be designated the spokesperson for the Board of Education in all matters pertaining to the negotiations.
The Board's negotiating team shall submit its written recommendations for specific initial proposals to the Board of Education and the Superintendent of Schools.
The recommendations of the Board's negotiating team shall be discussed and made final in a closed session of the Committee of the Whole prior to being submitted to the labor organization.
The Board's negotiating team shall be authorized to negotiate only in the presence of persons specifically authorized by the provisions of this chapter.
