Rule 5-E3715 - NON-DISCRIMINATION IN EMPLOYMENT
3715.1

As a condition of entering into a negotiated services contract, the contractor shall not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of any protected category addressed by the Human Rights Act of 1977, D.C. Law 2-38, D.C. Official Code § 2-1401.01 (2001) etseq.

3715.2

All contractors must agree to take affirmative action to ensure that applicants are employed and that employees are treated during employment without regard to protected categories of discrimination.

3715.3

No recipient of services under a negotiated services contract shall be discriminated against on account of any of the protected categories of discrimination prohibited by D.C. Law 2-38.
