Rule 5-E1031 - SUPERSESSION BY COLLECTIVE BARGAINING

1031.1

To the extent permitted by law, where subjects covered by this chapter are incorporated into a duly ratified collective bargaining agreement, the negotiated provisions shall supersede and take precedence over the otherwise applicable provisions of this chapter.
