Each Commissioner shall have one vote on all matters coming before the Commission. A roll call vote may be requested by any Commissioner.
The act of a majority of the Commissioners present at a public meeting at which a quorum is present shall be the act of the Commission.
There shall be no vote by proxy.
Each resolution of the Commission shall be signed by the Chairperson and maintained in a separate file of the Commission.
