Rule 5-A8107 - ADMINISTRATION8107.1A school shall be adequately organized and administered to achieve its mission and goals.
8107.2A school shall have the following:
(a) An organization chart showing the principal subdivisions of the school and the title of the principal officer for each;(b) An adequate administrative staff, and written position descriptions for the principal administrative positions;(c) Clearly delineated administrative policies and procedures; and(d) A process for self analysis, forecasting, planning and reform of the operations and programs of the school.D.C.
