Rule 5-A8106 - CONTROL

8106.1

A school shall clearly delineate the responsibilities for control of the operation of the school and its programs, identifying the policies to be established, severally or jointly, by the following:

(a) Its governing body;

(b) The chief executive officer;

(c) Other administrative officers;

(d) Faculty members;

(e) Students; and

(f) Others.
