Rule 5-A2827 - INFORMATION FOR PARENTS2827.1A nonpublic special education school or program shall provide every parent with complete and up to date information about its program, including at minimum its academic policies, IEP process, policies on behavior management, student rights and privileges and the process for a parent to make a complaint about the services or treatment a student is receiving at the school or program.
2827.2In addition to the information set forth in the above subsection, the nonpublic special education school or program shall provide information to all parents regarding monitoring by OSSE, including the fact that students may be asked to participate in interviews or other fact-gathering activities with OSSE representatives.
