Rule 5-A2826 - INFORMATION FOR STUDENTS2826.1A nonpublic special education school or program shall provide each student with full and up to date information about its program, including at minimum its academic policies, IEP process, policies on behavior management, student rights and privileges and the process for making a confidential complaint about the services or treatment he or she is receiving at the school or program.
