Each contractor shall maintain throughout the term of the contract the minimum standards for the employment of minorities and women, as set forth in the approved Affirmative Action Program.
Each contractor shall require that each subcontractor, or vendor under the contract comply with the provisions of the contract and the Affirmative Action Program.
Each contractor shall furnish all information as required by this chapter, and permit access to all books and records pertaining to the contractor's employment practices and worksites by the Director and the Contracting Agency for purposes of investigation to ascertain compliance with this chapter.
