Rule 30-504 - DEFECTIVE TICKETS

504.1

A defective instant ticket is a ticket which is partially or wholly blank, distorted, misregistered, miscut, printed or produced in error, or a ticket from which the protective covering is removed or is not intact.

504.2

The sole and exclusive remedy for a defective ticket shall be replacement with a ticket for the same game or a refund.

504.3

No defective on-line ticket(s) shall be replaced after the draw break for the draw date printed on the ticket.
