Rule 29-1701 - INITIATION OF WITHHOLDING IN OTHER JURISDICTIONS

1701.1

When an obligor under an order of support derives income in another jurisdiction, the application filed by the Department pursuant to § 1700 shall request the Court to request the appropriate agency in the other jurisdiction to issue a notice or order to withhold that income.
