The Department shall exit a Program participant from the Program five (5) years after the date it enrolled in the Program, at which point the household will no longer receive any of the support services and benefits offered through the Program. No extensions or appeals to program exit related to the five (5)-year time limit shall be granted.
A Program participant that remains compliant with program requirements may remain in the program for up to five (5) years, regardless of changes in income and contingent on funding availability.
A Program participant may voluntarily exit the Program at any time.
