Rule 29-13003 - CAREER MAP POST-ENROLLMENT ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA13003.1A household will continue to be eligible for Program assistance after enrollment only if:
(a) No member of the household is simultaneously enrolled in any other District or federal government-funded rental assistance program; and(b) The household resides in the District of Columbia, as determined under Section 503 of the District of Columbia Public Assistance Act of 1982, effective April 6, 1982 (D.C. Law 4-101; D.C. Official Code § 4-205.03).13003.2In addition, to maintain eligibility after Program enrollment:
(a) The head of household shall participate in required meetings with a Career MAP navigator at least once per month; and(b) The household shall pay its rental obligation, factoring in any discount, each month.13003.3A household may only be eligible for the Program for a maximum of five (5) years after the date of initial enrollment.
