Rule 29-13003 - CAREER MAP POST-ENROLLMENT ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
13003.1

A household will continue to be eligible for Program assistance after enrollment only if:

(a) No member of the household is simultaneously enrolled in any other District or federal government-funded rental assistance program; and
(b) The household resides in the District of Columbia, as determined under Section 503 of the District of Columbia Public Assistance Act of 1982, effective April 6, 1982 (D.C. Law 4-101; D.C. Official Code § 4-205.03).
13003.2

In addition, to maintain eligibility after Program enrollment:

(a) The head of household shall participate in required meetings with a Career MAP navigator at least once per month; and
(b) The household shall pay its rental obligation, factoring in any discount, each month.
13003.3

A household may only be eligible for the Program for a maximum of five (5) years after the date of initial enrollment.
