Rule 26-A1704 - DUTIES OF THE MANAGER

1704.1

The Manager shall perform the following duties:

(a) Serve as an ex-officio member of the Governing Committee;

(b) Perform the duties of Secretary and Treasurer of the Bureau at the direction of the Governing Committee; and

(c) Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Bureau Office.

1704.2

As an ex-officio member of the Governing Committee pursuant to § 1704.1(a), the Manager shall not have a vote or be counted for the purpose of establishing a quorum.
