Rule 25-I404 - JUDICIAL REVIEW - APPEALS

404.1

Any person aggrieved by a final order or decision of the Department may seek judicial review in accordance with the Department of Health Functions Clarification Act of 2001, effective October 3, 2001, as amended (D.C. La w 14-28; D.C. Official Code § 7-731(b) (2018 Repl.)).
