Rule 25-B301 - DISEASE OR MEDICAL CONDITION - RESPONSIBILITY OF SUPERVISOR TO REPORT SPECIFIC ILLNESS OF FOOD EMPLOYEE TO THE DEPARTMENT

301.1

A supervisor shall notify the Department when a food employee is:

(a) Jaundiced; or

(b) Diagnosed with an illness due to a pathogen specified in section 300.4.
